Penne Arrabbiata is a bold, fiery, and flavorful Italian pasta dish that’s perfect for spice lovers. The name “Arrabbiata” means “angry” in Italian, referring to the heat of the red pepper flakes in the sauce. This dish originates from Rome, where it has been a staple for generations, celebrated for its simple yet powerful flavors. This authentic Italian recipe features perfectly cooked penne pasta tossed in a rich, garlicky tomato sauce infused with olive oil, chili flakes, and aromatic herbs. Unlike creamy pasta dishes, Arrabbiata focuses on pure tomato goodness, making it a light yet satisfying meal
