Ingredients

  • 500g minced mutton
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix minced mutton, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add cornflour and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round, flat kebabs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow-fry the kebabs on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with naan and chutney.
