Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional for extra nutrition)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron strands (soaked in 1 teaspoon warm milk)
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for coating)

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Ingredients

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Add almonds, cashews, walnuts, chia seeds, and cinnamon powder, then pulse until combined.

Step 2: Mix & Shape

  1. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add saffron milk, honey, and cardamom powder.
  2. Mix well and roll into small bite-sized balls.

Step 3: Coat and Garnish

  1. Roll each bite in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds for extra texture.
  2. Garnish with chopped pistachios for a festive touch.

Step 4: Chill & Serve
