Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly add milk and heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  • Once the mixture thickens, add cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until melted.

  • Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and mix well.
